30 Day Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
- Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if you have provided.
- Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
Refund Process:

Delivery Policy - Pets Pawsie
Products from Pets Pawsie are shipped directly to the address provided during the payment process, after the order is completed, by our international suppliers.
Our delivery service, called "Free Shipping," has a fixed cost of R$0.00 and takes 8 to 11 business days (after the product has been shipped), depending on the location. The shipping process will take place within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation in our system. We provide a tracking code so customers can follow the progress of their delivery.
Note: Delivery times may be extended in some cases, such as delays from postal services, strikes, peak demand periods, or other situations beyond our control.
Taxed or Imposed Products
The majority of orders, about 99%, are delivered without additional costs. However, in rare cases, customs may impose a tax on the order. In such cases, the postal service will send a notification to the address provided during the purchase, informing the customer that the product has been taxed. All Pets Pawsie products come with a 30 days Warranty so you can shop with complete piece of mind.
Pets Pawsie will at our discretion repair or replace any product with a manufacturing or materials fault for the duration of 30 days from purchase date.
Warranty does not apply if:
- Damage caused by incorrect assembly, inappropriate cleaning products used, misuse, abuse or neglect and failure to follow recommended maintenance guidelines
- Normal wear and tear
- Rips, wearing, pilling, creasing, stains or fading of upholstered products
- Fading or discolouration caused by excessive exposure to direct sunlight
- Products not used for intended purposes of domestic use
- The product have been tampered or modified with in any way
- Products chewed or scratched by pets
- Force Majeure

Toys
No toy is indestructive. Always supervise your dog when using a toy of any kind. Inspect toys regularly for damage and remove and replace if broken, or if parts become separated, as serious injury may result.
Damaged Or Faulty Items
If you received a damaged shipment or product, please email photos of the damaged item to support@pets-pawsie.com, include your order number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Colours
Whilst every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of the manufacturing process, fabric dyes etc. and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors. Whilst the images are deemed accurate, it is to be viewed as a guide only.
