Delivery Policy - Pets Pawsie

Products from Pets Pawsie are shipped directly to the address provided during the payment process, after the order is completed, by our international suppliers.

Our delivery service, called "Free Shipping," has a fixed cost of R$0.00 and takes 8 to 11 business days (after the product has been shipped), depending on the location. The shipping process will take place within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation in our system. We provide a tracking code so customers can follow the progress of their delivery.

Note: Delivery times may be extended in some cases, such as delays from postal services, strikes, peak demand periods, or other situations beyond our control.

Taxed or Imposed Products

The majority of orders, about 99%, are delivered without additional costs. However, in rare cases, customs may impose a tax on the order. In such cases, the postal service will send a notification to the address provided during the purchase, informing the customer that the product has been taxed. This notification will include instructions for picking up the parcel at the designated postal agency, upon payment of the tax.

Procedure in case of taxation:

  1. Visit the postal agency indicated in the notification to collect your parcel.

  2. Important: We are not responsible for the payment of taxes or duties.

International Shipping

All orders are international and are shipped from our distribution center abroad, which may incur import taxes. These taxes are entirely the customer's responsibility.

Payment Confirmation

After purchasing, payment confirmation may take 1 to 3 business days, depending on the payment portal and credit card operators.

Tracking and Logistics

You will receive a tracking code via email after payment confirmation, usually within 8 business days. Tracking information may take 5 to 20 business days to update in the postal service system.

Important: Always check the product upon delivery and refuse to accept the package if the packaging is damaged. In such cases, immediately contact our Customer Service.

Postal Delivery

Delivery is made through postal services, but in some cases, such as recipient absence or delivery restrictions, the package may be available for pick-up at the nearest agency.

Delivery Address

The delivery address must be carefully reviewed before confirming the purchase. If the product is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be fully responsible. If the delivery attempt fails, the package will be held at the agency for pick-up, or it will be returned to the sender.

Import Taxes

Since this is an international order, the product is subject to import duties and taxes. Pets Pawsie is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by the government.
